SAMPLE FLU DECLINATION:

As stated previously, as you write an exemption make sure it only includes details relating to your religion and always use your own words.

I (type full name here) am hereby requesting to be exempted from the vaccination policy which states that I must become fully vaccinated with the influenza vaccine. I am opposed to taking the influenza vaccine as a Christian and my exemption request is based on my sincerely held religious beliefs as stated below.

 

As a Christian, I believe that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior and that the Bible is the inerrant Word of God. According to 2 Timothy 3:16, “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” I believe the Bible is truth and the foundation on which I model my life after.

In Genesis 1, the Bible reveals to us that God made human beings after He had created all the original animals. He made human beings with their human bodies in His image and thus their bodies are sacred and separate from animals. Even though their bodies have genetic similarities, human beings are not descended from animals. They are a sacred and separate creation of God and their bodies are especially unique before God.

The divine sacred separation between the bodies of humans and the bodies of animals is the basis of God's prohibition in Genesis 9:3-6. God gives human beings the right to spill (but not eat) the lifeblood of animals for food, but then prohibits the killing of humans made in the image of God whose lifeblood is sacred to God as part of His image. Also, permission is given by God only to ingest parts of animals (minus the blood) which go through the digestive system and are broken down into nutrients for the human body.

Flu vaccinations are produced from animal cells which violates God's will as revealed in the Bible.

I believe that humans are not to receive any transplantation of animal body parts, any animal blood transfusions, or any vaccines that have been produced in animal cells and have residual cells of animals in them. This intermingling of animal cells with the human body and particularly its blood apart from digestion, I believe is forbidden by God. Therefore, I reject the flu vaccines (produced in embryonated chicken eggs, canine kidney cells, insect cells, and the like) as violations of God's will. All flu vaccines are produced and cultured in one of the animals described above.

I believe accepting this vaccination is violating my conscience and convictions that are Bibilically based and because of this I must reject these vaccines as a violation of God's will.

These are my sincerely held religious beliefs.

Based on this language, if you have a religious objection to the booster, we recommend sending an email to HR with the following language.  These need to be submitted as soon as possible.

Keep in mind that the statement you submit is your personal statement on your sincerely held religious beliefs. This statement is written from a Christian perspective with the Bible as the foundation for these sincerely held religious beliefs. If you have sincerely held religious beliefs deriving from another religion such as Judaism or Islam, please contact me and we will work on drafting a request that best fits your beliefs. This letter intentionally leaves out scientific arguments, constitutional arguments, political points, medical points, etc. as it is meant to be a statement on your sincerely held religious beliefs, only. The other points can be made later as needed. First, my faith teaches against abortion and that it amounts to the taking of a human life created by God. This sacred nature of life and the commands against taking life are discussed throughout the Bible. For example, the Scriptures reveal that God knows us even before we are conceived. See Jeremiah 1:4 – 5 (The word of the Lord came to me, saying, Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born, I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.). And God’s creative powers are effectively at work while we are yet in the womb. See Psalm 139:13 – 16 (For you created my inmost being you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful; I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.).  The Bible states murder, the taking of human life, is a sin in the Ten Commandments (“You shall not murder” [Exodus 20:13]).  In Proverbs 6:16-17 it states, “There are six things the Lord hates…” one of them being, “…hands that shed innocent blood.” In addition, Jesus Himself said, “Even so it is not the will of your Father in Heaven that one of these little ones should perish (Matthew 18:14).” Aborted fetal cell lines were used in the research and testing of all three COVID vaccines. Receiving a vaccine in any connected to abortion would be complying with an action the Bible says the Lord hates.

 

Also, as I read the Bible, it directs Christians to abstain from contaminating their body with substances that may be threatening to their bodily health.  In so doing, I am to avoid introducing unnecessary drugs and chemicals of all kinds into my body, such as the Covid-19 vaccine and nasal swabs containing ethylene oxide. 1 Corinthians 3:16-17 states, “Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for God’s temple is sacred, and you together are that temple.”  In addition, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 states, “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your bodies.”

 

How does the mandatory COVID vaccination plan conflict with your beliefs/practices/observances?

 

The COVID-19 vaccines were developed or tested using cell lines that were generated or derived from tissues of aborted fetuses. J&J used an aborted fetal cell line in manufacturing its COVID-19 vaccine, while Moderna and Pfizer used aborted fetal cell lines in testing the efficacy of their vaccines. The use of the Covid-19 vaccines, which involved the use of aborted fetuses and their cells in the research, testing, and/or development of the vaccines, is morally unacceptable to me.

 

The Bible explicitly speaks of God’s intentional plan and purpose for every unborn life. This can be seen as the psalmist expresses, “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb…My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together…Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.” (Psalm 139: 13, 15-16.)  The Bible teaches that our “consciences bear witness” as to what God requires of His followers (Romans 2:15).  Acts 24:16 exhorts believers to “take pains to have a clear conscience toward both God and man.”  I believe it would be a sin against God to accept a drug that was researched, tested, and/or developed with aborted fetal tissue. I do not believe that using fetal cells from an aborted fetus for the benefit of the greater good or my personal benefit can be reconciled.  I will not knowingly participate in the process to use such a product that violates the right to life and dishonors the lives of the unborn. So, it is my sincerely held religious belief that, in being vaccinated with any of the currently available COVID-19 vaccines, I would be cooperating with and complicit in abortion and that such would constitute a sin against God and a violation of His Commandments.

 

Because of my deeply held Christian beliefs, I trust in God's perfect design of my body, and that my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. I believe the Covid-19 vaccine and the nasal swab test with ethylene-oxide to be an unneeded introduction of drugs / chemicals into my body. The vaccine contains numerous additives, and it is designed to alter my body.  The swab tests with ethylene-oxide present a known carcinogenic to the body upon insertion.  The EPA has concluded that ethylene oxide is carcinogenic to humans. Evidence in humans indicates that exposure to ethylene oxide increases the risk of lymphoid cancer and, for females, breast cancer.  This is objection is similar to the objection others have to eating “unclean food”.  For example, orthodox Jews do not eat non-kosher foods, and no one requires anyone in the United States to consume a substance contrary to their faith.  Medical experts may assert that non-kosher foods and vaccines are completely healthy, but religious faith compels certain individuals to decline their consumption.  Even if a non-kosher food were the best or most efficient way to obtain certain nutrients, a gain in efficiency would not justify an order to wholly override a person’s faith to compel her/him to consume unclean food.  Without consuming non-kosher foods, orthodox Jews can still obtain all necessary nutrients without compromising her/his health and without compromising her faith.  So too, certain individuals can decline the Covid-19 vaccine without compromising their health and without compromising their personal Christian faith.  I am one of those certain individuals.  Thus, my faith prohibits me from being vaccinated or being subjected to nasal swabs with ethylene oxide.

 

Is there any additional information regarding your belief/practice/observance that supports your request for religious accommodation?

 

The Bible says as Christians we are not to submit to any governing authority or policy that is not submissive to God’s word. (Book of Daniel, Esther 4:11-7:3, Acts 5:27-29 & 1 John 2:4) You are to have no other God’s before me. We are to keep God’s commands even in the face of policy that forbids it, (Daniel 6:7-10) and we are not to define ourselves with things of the culture that contradict our God (Daniel 1:8). I am not saying God is anti-medicine. I am saying God is anti-anything that contradicts his Word - the Word that I try to live by as a Christian.

 

My religious beliefs require me to reject abortion, to reject emphatically any attempt at personal benefit from the killing of an unborn child, and to keep my body clean as a temple to the Holy Spirit.  I cannot sacrifice my religious beliefs simply to comply with the compelled vaccination policy.  I have a responsibility to honor the Lord through my body and my choices, and that is why I am submitting this request for religious exemption.

 

For the reasons stated above, I am requesting a religious accommodation, under Title VII and the Fair Employment and Housing Act that will excuse me from having to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.  I am requesting a religious accommodation, under Title VII and the Fair Employment and Housing Act that will excuse me from having to submit to any accommodation that involves swab test containing ethylene oxide.  Lastly, I request that no adverse employment action be taken against me on account of my religious beliefs.

“Disinformation Reporters” vs. Science

The below post is a response to the NBC article (linked here) in which I was interviewed, published last week:

From the beginning, I have taken what the media says with a grain of salt. Many times they are dishonest, and more often than not they are bought and paid for by the pharmaceutical industry or the elites that seem to live by the motto “Do as I say not as I do.”

As a nurse who believes it is my duty to protect the health of my patients, I wholeheartedly believe we are at a crossroads in time where our bodily autonomy and the freedom over our bodies is in grave danger. I have been a nurse for over a decade and what we are seeing happen is an egregious act on the American people. Coercion and discrimination have no place in the medical community, yet we are watching these very things unravel before us.

Last week, I took an interview with NBC. I was approached by a reporter who wanted more information on the rallies that America's Healthcare Workers for Medical Freedom (AHWFMF) had been organizing. I accepted the request and wanted to use this opportunity to share exactly what we stand for and support as an organization. I made it extremely clear in the interview that I am not “anti-vaccine”, but I am “anti-forced-vaccine-mandates.” As reporters often do, Brandy Zadrozny completely misrepresented our cause and repeatedly referred to me and others that attend these rallies as “anti-vaxxers”, which is simply not true. She has no facts or any of mine or my children’s medical history to make such a claim. Much of what we talked about was not included in the interview - she cherry picked statistics and quotes to fit her agenda.

Personally, I find it embarrassing that an investigative reporter can completely ignore the science and allow her own biases to prevent her from doing her job truthfully. As a medical professional, which Brandy Zadrozny is not, I understand the importance of not just reading the studies that support my position but reading all the studies I possibly can to stay informed. Brandy lets her own cognitive dissonance impair her ability to fairly report.

If following the science is of the utmost importance, let's consider the science and take a look at Israel. According to Reuters, Israel is at 76% of it’s peak infection rates since January 15th with roughly 60% of the population fully vaccinated. Currently the efficacy rate of the Pfizer vaccine is less than 40%.

According to John Hopkins, “New data was released by the CDC last week showing that vaccinated people infected with the delta variant carry viral loads similar to those of people who are unvaccinated.”

As a Registered Nurse trained to think critically, I would ask this question: If the vaccine efficacy is that poor and I can still get and spread covid fully vaccinated, should it not be my choice? With that information, my belief is, it’s my body and my risk to take. Furthermore, with a lack of long term safety data and no liability, it should absolutely be a choice.

Today, the LA Times published an article titled “Federal Vaccine Court Hasn’t Helped Those Whose Lives Were Altered by COVID-19 Shots.” This article highlights the reality that those experiencing vaccine injuries are not compensated for their injuries. With risk and no liability, again this should absolutely be a choice.

Brandy attempts to make it appear that most Medical Professionals are in agreement that the vaccine is 100% safe and effective when that is simply not the case. She cherry picked statistics, including stating that 96% of physicians are fully vaccinated against Covid-19, not revealing that the sample size of respondents was only 301 physicians surveyed. She also stated that only 1/4 of healthcare workers hadn’t received a dose of the vaccine, even though the same article by Web MD states that out of the 50 largest hospitals, the rate of those declining is even higher at 1/3. According to this article, some hospital rates are as low as 40%. This data here indicates that the medical community is divided on this issue.

Though it is not my job to educate and inform stubborn fools too ignorant for their own good, I still find it imperative to bring awareness to these issues and implore anyone reading to investigate the FLCCC and their treatments for Covid-19. While the media censors information on life saving treatments like Ivermectin, instead referring to it only as “a drug used to prevent parasites in animals,” more people will die.

I have sat back this past year and a half and watched as renowned publishers like the NEJM have retracted articles for being falsified, the CDC and WHO continue to be wishy-washy in mitigating the virus, and the media and goverment expect that we the people shouldn’t ask any questions. Rather, just “baaaa baaa and move along, sheep.” I was literally trained to ask questions. I was trained to assess, to use the scientific method, and to look deeper into things. I am an actual nurse, after all, and that is what nurses do. I guess I can’t expect Brandy to understand since she isn’t an actual RN, just a talking head for the left.

I have NEVER told anyone not to get the vaccine, but I do have questions. I have NEVER denied covid, but I have often wondered why we are ignoring frontline critical care physicians trying to help their patients. I am sick and tired of this being made into a political issue and until people stop politicizing it like Brandy does, the Nation will continue to be divided.

There are reasons there aren’t more medical professionals speaking out. Journalists like Brandy clearly lack integrity, and instead of respecting my requests to keep my last name confidential in the article, it was included anyway. Instead of referring to me as “anti-forced-vaccine-mandate”, I was referred to as an “anti-vaxxer.”

Journalists use these tactics to scare anyone that asks questions into submission and compliance.

Sorry Brandy, that’s not happening with me. We The People have had enough. And furthermore, I’ll be contacting your employer regarding your poor journalistic integrity, sharing my personal data without my permission, and attempting to slander me with disinformation which is supposedly your specialty.

ASSUMPTION OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT FOR COMPLIANCE WITH MANDATORY EUA VACCINATIONS, HEALTH INTERVENTION PLAN 

THIS AGREEMENT (the “Contract”) is hereby entered into this day of ________________ by and between _____________ (the “Employer / University”) and _____________(the “Employee / Student”). In consideration of the mutual promises hereinafter contained, the parties hereto agree as follows:

WHEREFORE:

Employer currently employs Employee on an at-will basis, (or Student is currently a student at ___ University) and the terms, herein do not change the status of employment.  However, as Employer is mandating a new Health Policy/ Plan at ______ Place of Employment, which was not made known at time of hire, regarding Mandatory Sars-COV-2 (Emergency Use Authorized) EUA Vaccines, defined legally as unapproved products under FDA law (“the Plan”), and as such, the following apply to any mandatory Plan involving EUA vaccines, because Employer recognizes that this medical intervention mandate requires informed consent, and informed consent includes, but is not limited to the following:

The CDC and FDA, along with the EUA COVID-19 Vaccine Manufactures, have posted the following information related to the EUA COVID vaccines:  On June 23, 2021 the CDC updated guidance recognizing that “Since April 2021, there have been more than a thousand reports to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) of cases of inflammation of the heart—called myocarditis and pericarditis… and on on June 25, 2021, the FDA is announcing revisions to the patient and provider fact sheets for the Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccines regarding the suggested increased risks of myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) and pericarditis (inflammation of the tissue surrounding the heart) following vaccination. For each vaccine, the Fact Sheet for Healthcare Providers Administering Vaccine (Vaccination Providers) has been revised to include a warning about myocarditis and pericarditis and the Fact Sheet for Recipients and Caregivers has been revised to include information about myocarditis and pericarditis. This update follows an extensive review of information and the discussion by CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices meeting on Wednesday.


  1. The Pfizer Fact Sheet, revised 25 June 21 makes clear that Myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) and pericarditis (inflammation of the lining outside the heart) have occurred in some people who have received the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine.

  2. The Pfizer Fact Sheet also makes clear, under Benefits, that the “duration of Protection is currently unknown.”

  3. As of June 28, 2021, … CDC received reports from 48 U.S. states and territories of 4,686 patients with COVID-19 vaccine breakthrough infection who were hospitalized or died.  And A total of 10,262 SARS-CoV-2 vaccine breakthrough infections had been reported from 46 U.S. states and territories as of April 30, 2021.  

  4. As of May 1, 2021, the FDA and CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System, VAERS showed 384,270 adverse events from the EUA COVID-19 vaccines as reported in the last six months, and 4,812 deaths.


  1. FDA reports that there are treatments for COVID-19,  “The FDA reached a milestone of approving 1,000 original and supplemental generic drug applications to help in the treatment of patients with COVID-19 since the start of the pandemic.”


  1. There are No Licensed COVID-19 Vaccines in the U.S presently.   

  2. There are No Long-Term Studies supporting Safety and Efficacy of EUA COVID-19 vaccines.


  1. No studies yet exist on the long-term impact on someone getting an EUA COVID-19 Vaccine who has had COVID-19. 


  1. The Option to Refuse is based on Federal law over EUAs.

The Employer agrees to pay Employee for rendering the services and performing the obligations described herein, and because Employee Anticipates Compliance with regard to the Mandated Vaccination Plan, the Compensation described in Exhibit 1 (less all amounts withheld for the IRS and state taxes). Compensation shall continue to be paid in accordance with payment of the preceding month, and shall not otherwise be impacted by this Agreement, which specifically relates to the Mandatory Vaccination.  

If Employee suffers any adverse reactions from complying with this mandatory Plan, whether immediately or over the next ten years, then the Employer or its insurer will pay Employee’s reasonable, actual, verifiable hospitalization and medical expenses (including verifiable physician’s bills), and that the Employer shall be obligated to pay only those hospitalization and medical expenses incurred as a result of medical treatment caused by and relating to any adverse consequences sustained by the Employee. 

If Employee is rendered unfit to work for Employer or cannot work without risk of further injury to Employee or to others or so that such Employee is no longer insurable, then, so long as such unfitness continues, Employee shall remain entitled to Compensation from the Employer consistent with compensation as paid one month before this Agreement. 

The Employer shall maintain medical insurance covering any such injury under policies reasonably consistent with other disability policies. 

The Employer’s obligations hereunder shall be reduced by (i) any workers’ compensation benefits, which, to the extent permitted by law, the Employee  hereby assigns to Employer, and (ii) any insurance provided for by Employer which is paid or payable to the Employee.

The Employee  agrees to provide Employer with satisfactory results of a physical examination by an Employer approved physician of the Employee ’s choice and expense, before the commencement of each year that follows the initial adverse reaction medically recognized as related to the COVID-19 EUA vaccination. 

Employee also agrees to provide a complete prior medical history at the commencement of this Contract and upon the request of Employer.

Employee who consults or is treated by a physician (including a psychiatrist) or a professional providing non-mental health related medical services (e.g., chiropractor, physical therapist) other than a physician or other professional designated by Employer shall give notice of such consultation or treatment to Employer and shall authorize and direct such other physician or professional to provide Employer with all information it may request concerning any condition that in the judgment of Employer’s physician may affect the Employee ’s ability to continue to work or make such Employee uninsurable.

PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES.

In the event that Employee  is under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, any illicit drug or other controlled substance during any League game (except to the extent such controlled substance is prescribed by the Employee ’s personal physician), the Employee  acknowledges that this Contract may be terminated, and that any such termination will result in the Employee ’s immediate dismissal.

GENERAL CLAUSES

If and to the extent necessary to enable or facilitate the disclosure of medical information as provided for by this Contract, the Employee shall execute such individual authorization(s) as may be requested by Employer or as may be required by health care providers who examine or treat the Employee.

The Employee  agrees to provide to Employer or its physician prompt notice of any injury, illness, or medical condition suffered by him that is likely to affect adversely the Employee ’s ability to render the Employment services, including the time, place, cause, and nature of such injury, illness, or condition.

The Employee  agrees to supply complete and truthful information in connection with any medical examinations or requests for medical information authorized by this Contract.

Breach of this Agreement.

NOTE: IF EMPLOYER DOES NOT MANDATE THE VACCINE, OR EMPLOYEE CHOOSES TO LEAVE EMPLOYMENT OR PURSUES OTHER REMEDIAL ACTION, AND/OR EMPLOYER MAINTAINS SUCH PLAN ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS, THEN THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT ARE WAIVED, AND THIS AGREEMENT BECOMES NULL AND VOID.

In addition to the rights provided in the “Attorneys’ Fees” section below, the Parties acknowledge and agree that any material breach, a material breach as determined by a court of this jurisdiction, of this Agreement including the Confidentiality provision, except as otherwise qualified in this Agreement, shall entitle the non-breaching party to recover and/or cease providing the consideration provided under this Agreement and to obtain damages of any breach of this Agreement, after written Notice of fifteen (15) days the Material Breach is provided as specified in this Agreement, and such breach is not cured within 10 days after receipt of Notice, the non-breaching party shall then seek damages.  If any party files any action arising from this Agreement and/or brings any proceeding against the other Party, or is made a party to any action or proceeding arising from this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover their legal cost, reasonable attorney's fees to be fixed by the court, arbitrator or adjudicative authority. The prevailing party shall be the party entitled to recover their cost to suit or arbitration, whether or not they are entitled to recover damages.

 Advice of Counsel.

Each party expressly acknowledges that he (a) enters into this Agreement and Release with the opportunity for advice of counsel, and (b) has a full understanding of the contents and consequences of this Agreement.

Complete Agreement and Release; Amendment.

This Agreement and Release constitutes the entire agreement among the parties concerning the matters addressed herein. Except as specifically set forth in this Agreement, there are no representations, warranties or inducements, whether oral, written, expressed or implied, that in any way affect or condition the validity of this Agreement or alter its provisions. This Agreement and Release may be amended only by written instrument executed by all of the parties.

Construction of Agreement and Release.

This Agreement and Release is the product of arms-length negotiation and shall be construed according to the rules of construction generally applicable to negotiated contracts and not according to any special rules of construction applicable to contracts of adhesion. The language in all parts of this Agreement and Release shall be construed as a whole according to its meaning, and not strictly for or against any party. 

Headings

Headings and captions used in this Agreement and Release are for convenience of reference only and shall have no legal effect or meaning in the construction or enforcement of this Agreement and Release.

Severability.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any particular provision in this Agreement and Release shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision in this Agreement and Release, unless the elimination of the provision that is invalid or unenforceable causes the Agreement and Release to fail of its essential purpose. 

Authority; Counterparts.

Each person executing this Agreement and Release represents and warrants that he or she has the authority to execute this Agreement and Release for the party on whose behalf he or she is executing it. This Agreement and Release may be executed in multiple counterparts, at separate times or places, and each counterpart shall be deemed to be an original, all of which together constitute the same Agreement and Release.  All counterpart signature pages shall be read as though one, and they shall have the same force and effect as though all signers had simultaneously signed a single signature page. A PDF, facsimile or copy hereof shall be as valid and binding as the original.

Costs and Attorneys’ Fees.

Each party hereto shall be solely responsible for its or his own costs and expenses including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees with the exception breach of this Agreement as set forth in a paragraph above.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

This Agreement and Release shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, and as applicable, the laws of _____________[insert state]  Any dispute arising from this Agreement and Release shall be brought in ________________. 

Notice.

Any notice, demand, or communication required or permitted to be given by any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given or served for all purposes if delivered personally to the party or to said party’s attorney of record or, if sent by registered or certified mail, postage and charges prepaid, addressed to the Party’s address as set forth in this Agreement and to Counsel at the time of this Agreement.  Except as otherwise provided herein, any such notice shall be deemed to be given three business days after the date on which the same was deposited in a regularly maintained receptacle for the deposit of United States mail, addressed and sent as aforesaid.

Equal Participation in Drafting.  

This Agreement shall be construed without regard to its drafters, and shall be construed as though the Parties, and each of them, participated equally in the drafting of this Agreement.

Effective Date.  

The Effective Date of this Agreement (“Effective Date”) is the latest date the agreement is executed by the signators.

 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement and Release as of the dates shown on their respective signature blocks.

Religious Exemptions

This post is for everyone but first I’d like to address my fellow Californians. The new CDPH guidelines clearly state that they will allow for religious end medical exemptions. 

In my opinion it will be hard to get a medical exemption but you can try if you believe you have a medical condition that makes you more susceptible to a life threatening adverse event. 

If you proceed with a religious exemption here are some resources to use.

Keep in mind you need to file STAT with your employer and if you are using Titus Institute there is wait time. He has a self written declination that you read and if you agree to you can use.

If you would like to write your own declination, remember it’s for religious reasons. Use bible verses and personalize it. Make sure the information included is accurate if you use ethical dilemmas like the use of fetal cell lines.

Here is a sample Protestant Religious Exemption. Not sure who to credit


In that I am a member of the Church ------------, I am exercising my right to receive a religious exemption for vaccination.  First and foremost, the vaccines I oppose include the current COVID-19 mRNA vaccines and the Jansen vaccine which are produced with aborted fetal cell lines. 

The Johnson & Johnson vaccine, the Jansen vaccine, uses retinal cells from a fetus that was aborted in 1985 and treated in a lab since; the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines test the mRNAs on fetal cell lines from an aborted fetus cell from 1973.

Therefore as a faithful Christian, I cannot according to the Church tenets on conscience which are outlined below, use any product that takes its origin in abortion.  "For you created my inmost being You knit me together in my mother's womb." Psalm 139:13. The inmost being is sacrosanct.

Defiling of the body, many Christians, including me, believe as 2 Corinthians 7 teaches, that we should “cleanse ourselves from every impurity of flesh and spirit.”  The way I practice my religion includes aligning myself with scriptures on issues that oppose the wisdom of the world.  What the world considers a type of remedy, a privilege, and something to covet in 2021 but is something I consider an impurity, I do not believe that using fetal cells from an aborted fetus for the benefit of the greater good or my personal benefit can be reconciled.  I will not knowingly participate in the process to use such a product that violates the right to life and dishonors the lives of the unborn.  

The scriptures are very specific about how those who practice Christianity should navigate life.  Ephesians 6:10-18 directs us to “put on the armor of God,” so that we can be equipped with truth, righteousness, peace and faith.  

Further, the Catechism of the Catholic Church which Pope John Paul II declared to be the “sure teaching norm of the Catholic Church” contains tenets of the Christian faith and our duty to adhere to these teachings regarding the right of conscience objections states:

1776    Deep within his conscience man discovers a law which he has not laid upon himself but which he must obey. Its voice, ever calling him to love and to do what is good and to avoid evil, sounds in his heart at the right moment…. For man has in his heart a law inscribed by God…. His conscience is man’s most secret core and his sanctuary. There he is alone with God whose voice echoes in his depths.

1777    Moral conscience, present at the heart of the person, enjoins him at the appropriate moment to do good and to avoid evil. It also judges particular choices, approving those that are good and denouncing those that are evil. It bears witness to the authority of truth in reference to the supreme Good to which the human person is drawn, and it welcomes the commandments. When he listens to his conscience, the prudent man can hear God speaking.

1778    Conscience is a judgment of reason whereby the human person recognizes the moral quality of a concrete act that he is going to perform, is in the process of performing, or has already completed. In all he says and does, man is obliged to follow faithfully what he knows to be just and right. It is by the judgment of his conscience that man perceives and recognizes the prescriptions of the divine law: 

Conscience is a law of the mind; yet [Christians] would not grant that it is nothing more; I mean that it was not a dictate, nor conveyed the notion of responsibility, of duty, of a threat and a promise….   [Conscience] is a messenger of him, who, both in nature and in grace, speaks to us behind a veil, and teaches and rules us by his representatives. Conscience is the aboriginal Vicar of Christ.

1779    It is important for every person to be sufficiently present to himself in order to hear and follow the voice of his conscience. This requirement of interiority is all the more necessary as life often distracts us from any reflection, self-examination or introspection.

According to the Section 564 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, a lawful application of the terms of a lawful emergency use authorization ("EUA") pursuant includes the right of informed consent and the option to refuse.  The FDA’s guidance on the right to informed consent and the option to refuse is highlights the right of informed consent and the option to refuse governing the administration of Emergency authorized “unapproved products.”  https://www.fda.gov/vaccines-blood-biologics/vaccines/emergency-use-authorization-vaccines-explained

Therefore as a faithful Christian, opposed to abortion, I cannot according to the Church tenets on conscience which I outlined use any product that takes its origin in abortion. I have the right to an objection of conscience regarding what is put into my body.

In that the use of these vaccines would be both a violation of my faith that opposes abortion on the duty to adhere to moral conscience, therefore, under the teachings I follow, am religiously and morally bound, I submit this exemption for vaccination.

Not Your Average Nurse

Well, I decided it’s time to finally start a blog. After all, it’s been a full year of trying to express my views as a Medical Professional and encountering the reality of censorship. Though this past year I have spent countless hours researching and informing myself about the pandemic, I quickly realized that the information I was sharing was not “socially acceptable.” In fact it wasn’t “medically acceptable” either and even though everything I was sharing was founded in evidenced based research and science it was being censored and my instagram account is now regularly shadow banned.

If you’re new here, my name is Heather. I have been a Registered Nurse since 2009. In the beginning part of my career I worked in Critical Care areas like Stepdown, ICU, and even ER. The past 4 years I have spent most of my time teaching clinical for Nursing School and taking care of my 4 kids. I am currently venturing on to new things in my career and since one of my passions is educating I accepted a new job that will allow me to work bedside nursing and also implement that passion on the regular.

So…Now that you know a little about me, I am sure you are wondering why I am blogging and what “Not your average Nurse means.”

I have quickly come to realize that the accepted narrative in the Medical Community is not a narrative I can parrot. With countless hours invested into research, I have discovered that all of the organizations I once trusted and many of the Journals I used to inform myself have quickly become politicized, though now I am not sure if it has really been that quick or not.

The Pharmaceutical Companies, Legislators, and our “Health Agencies” are all intertwined and the “science” I once trusted is bought and paid for. This has been a HARSH reality.

I recognized this when “science” started changing with the notorious MASKS. As a Registered Nurses I am all to familiar with science evolving and research changing practice in healthcare. We are constantly adjusting to new things because new research comes out and we realize there is a better and safer way to do something.

However… This is different.

The science of masks with upper respiratory viruses has consistantly and over a long period of time shown that there is little to no effect on protecting people in a community setting from an infected person by simply wearing a mask. I firmly believe an infected person that is coughing (regardless of the infection) should stay home, and if the said person is in public they should ABSOLUTELY wear a mask to prevent excape of droplets, however, the healthcare community has adopted the ridiculous policy of masking healthy people. This was a red flag for me. I knew this wasn’t about health, instead it was all about control. I could go into much more detail but for now I will say I am validated in my thinking.

As time has gone on and research has come out, a lot has been revealed and there is NO RATIONALE to mask a healthy person. The hypothesis of asymptomatic transmission has been debunked, though the MSM will NEVER tell you that.

There are many things over the past year that validates what I am thinking is true. As the MSM and those in positions of Medical Authority in the political arena parrot a narrative that everyone gets to see, I am here to tell you that there is an alternative narrative and one that thousands upon thousands of Medical Professionals hold. We are the ones being silenced yet if you are looking you can find us. We are the ones truly fighting for “Health.” There are preventative treatments and therapeutics available to each and every person in the world and they are not being shared with the public unless you are looking. If you are overwhelmed and have never heard this information before, I am here to tell you, this is GOOD NEWS.
